Watched a TV celebrity on breakfast TV this morning talking about suffering from depression. She said she could be fine one minute, think about depression and then fall into a depressed state instantly. How many of you out there have the same experience?
This thought(Depression) is linked to the emotion (feeling depressed). Feeling depressed then leads to us to thinking we’re even more depressed leading us to feeling even more depressed…..and the loop goes on.
Hypnosis and NLP can break these links and change these bad thought patterns into positive ones.
